4. Pricing and Payments

All prices are clearly indicated before checkout. You agree to pay the displayed amount plus applicable charges.

5. Refund Policy

5.1 Physical Goods

Customers may result unopened items within 14 calendar days of delivery. We will inspect the device and issue a credit equal to the original payment method within 7 business days of approval. Result shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the item is defective.

5.2 Digital Information Products

Digital guides and software are non-returnable due to their intangible nature once accessed. Please review the content description carefully before purchase.

5.3 Services

Service appointments may be rescheduled up to 48 hours before the scheduled time without penalty. If you cancel less than 48 hours in advance, a service fee equal to 50% of the scheduled service rate will apply. No credits or reimbursements are available for on-site visits if the customer is unavailable at the appointment time.

6. Warranty

All physical devices come with a one-year limited warranty covering manufacturing defects. Warranty claims must be submitted via our support form within the warranty period.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, Zenvira will not be liable for incidental or consequential technical disruptions.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Qatar.
